Mystery Succulent No More

My mom and I went back to visit a friend of her's today. She is the one who gave me starts that I planted in my clay pocket planters.  I referred to it as "mystery succulent" in my original post. I never got a photo of her plant, so today I managed to get a photo of it flowering.

I think I saw this plant at a nursery recently, it was a sedum called 'Baby Tears'. I loved it because of the way it cascades out of the pot. My clay pots sat empty a few years, because I couldn't find a dry plant the would fall over the edges. Those pots now have about an inch or two of growth. We were both given more starts today. Now I'll fill the one empty pot on the fence.
